Galatians 6:1
Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.We should always be ready to help restore those who have fallen. The call for gentleness in Galatians 6:1 reminds us that those reeling from guilt may feel weighed down by its heaviness. In that case, we ought to remind them that God’s promise of full forgiveness is available to them (1Jn 1:9).
