Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.Our sin has earned us death. Either you pay it and forfeit your life, or Jesus pays it and gives you eternal life (Matt. 16:25, 26)—you make the choice. All of our good works cannot earn us a place in heaven. Our only hope is to receive the free gift that Jesus Christ has purchased for us on the Cross (John 3:16–18).
Sin and Grace
God loved us so much, He sent His Son to die our death and carry our burden. Sin was defeated by grace, darkness was overcome by light and death was destroyed by life eternal.
