As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him.
Life Lessons: How does a father have compassion on His children? He considers their weaknesses, immaturity, and ignorance, and so does not require of them more than they can handle. He also teaches them with patience and mercy. Our Father does the same with us (1 Cor. 10:13).
