Ephesians 6:12-13
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.There are battles fought and things that happen in the spiritual realm that we may know nothing about, but we are taught that our conduct has an effect on what transpires there (Dan. 10:10–21; 2 Cor. 10:3–5; Eph. 6:12). That is why we should never give up praying and submitting ourselves to the Lord in obedience. What happens in our lives of faith has implications far greater than what we can see. So we must remain steadfast and trust the Lord, even when we cannot see what He is doing (2 Cor. 4:18).
