Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.
Matthew 5:6
Heavenly Father, as I awaken to the new light of this day, I come before You with a heart hungering and thirsting for Your righteousness. In the quiet morning hours, I seek Your guidance and Your truth, desiring to be filled with Your divine wisdom and love.
Lord, just as the sun rises and dispels the darkness, let Your light shine within me, casting away all shadows of doubt and fear. Guide my thoughts, words, and actions, so that they may reflect Your holy will. Help me to understand the depth of Your righteous ways and to walk in them with steadfast faith.
In every encounter, every challenge, let me be a vessel of Your peace and justice. Where there is despair, let me bring hope; where there is wrong, empower me to stand for what is right. May my life be a testament to the blessedness of those who earnestly seek Your righteousness.
Nourish my soul with Your grace, and let Your love overflow through me to others. For in striving to live righteously, I find my true fulfillment and purpose in Your eternal embrace.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
