To you I lift up my eyes, O you who are enthroned in the heavens! As the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the Lord our God, until he has mercy upon us.
Psalm 123:1–2
Heavenly Father, as the sun rises and a new day dawns, I lift my eyes to You, enthroned in the heavens. Just as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, and the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to You, Lord our God, until You show us Your mercy.
Grant me the grace to serve You with a heart full of devotion and a spirit of humility. Guide my steps today, and let Your will be done in my life. Fill me with Your love and peace, and let Your presence be my comfort and strength.
I trust in Your unfailing mercy and seek Your guidance in every moment. May my thoughts, words, and actions glorify Your holy name.
In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
