Morning Prayer for Monday, July 8, 2024

Monday Morning Prayer
July 8, 2024
When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears, and rescues them from all their troubles. The LORD is near to the brokenhearted, and saves the crushed in spirit.
Psalm 34:17–18
Heavenly Father, as the dawn breaks and a new day begins, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude. We seek Your presence and Your peace, acknowledging that You hear the cries of the righteous and deliver them from all their troubles.

Lord, You are near to the brokenhearted and save the crushed in spirit. We thank You for Your unfailing love and for Your promise to be close to us in our times of need. In moments of distress and difficulty, remind us of Your constant presence and comfort.

As we step into this day, we ask for Your guidance and protection. Help us to walk in Your ways, to be a light in the world, and to share Your love with those around us. Grant us the strength to face any challenges and the wisdom to make decisions that honor You.

Fill our hearts with Your peace, our minds with Your wisdom, and our spirits with Your courage. May we trust in Your goodness and rest in Your unfailing promises.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I hope this prayer resonates with you aiming to start the day with a spirit of faith and surrender to God's guidance and brings comfort and peace to your morning.
