Praying the Scriptures

Tuesday Morning Prayer

July 23, 2024

There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among mortals by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12)

Heavenly Father,

In the quiet of this morning, we come before You with hearts open to Your grace. We give thanks for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, the name above all names, through whom salvation is found. As the dawn breaks and fills the sky with light, fill us also with the light of Christ’s love and truth.

Lord, guide our thoughts, words, and actions this day. May we carry the name of Jesus as our banner, finding in Him our strength and our salvation. Help us to embody His compassion and courage so that we might be instruments of Your peace and bearers of Your hope to those we meet.

In moments of challenge, remind us that we are never alone, for You have provided us the ultimate refuge and redemption through Your Son. Encourage us, sustain us, and lead us in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.

Bless those in need of Your healing touch today, and let us be a witness to the power of the name of Jesus, which offers healing and hope to all the corners of the earth.

In Jesus’ precious name, we pray,

Amen.

May this prayer uplift and strengthen you as you begin your day.
