Sunday Morning Prayer

August 18, 2024

Nevertheless I am continually with you; you hold my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will receive me with honor. (Psalm 73:23–24)

Heavenly Father,

In the quiet of this morning, I hold onto Your steadfast promise: "Nevertheless I am continually with you; you hold my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will receive me with honor."

Thank You for Your unwavering presence in my life, for holding my hand through trials and joys alike. As I step into the day, let me feel the comfort of Your grip, guiding me away from uncertainty and toward Your divine wisdom.

Lead me in Your way, so that every word I speak and every decision I make may be influenced by Your holy counsel. Help me to trust in the journey You have laid before me, knowing that it leads to eternal peace and honor in Your presence.

In moments of doubt or when I falter, remind me of Your constant companionship and Your promise to never leave my side. Through the highs and lows of this day, keep my spirit tethered to Your truth and love.

In Your holy name, I pray,

Amen.

I hope this prayer brings you peace and inspiration for your day.
