Tuesday Morning Prayer

February 25, 2025

Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen, in whom my soul delights; I have put my spirit upon him; he will bring forth justice to the nations. (Isaiah 42:1)

Heavenly Father,

As the sun rises over the desert, painting the Florida Mountains in hues of gold and crimson, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude. The cool morning air carries the scent of sage and the hush of a world awakening, and I pause in this quiet moment to seek Your presence.

Lord, You have called me as Your servant, and I am humbled by Your hand upon my life. In this season of cool mornings and lengthening days, may I be reminded that, like the land preparing for the renewal of spring, You are always at work—restoring, refining, and leading me in Your ways.

I ask that Your Spirit, which You have placed upon me, guide my steps today. Let me walk in the light of Your justice, speaking words of kindness and truth, extending mercy where it is needed, and standing firm in faith when the winds of doubt attempt to stir the dust of my soul.

May I delight in You as You delight in me, not by my own merit but because You have chosen me as Your beloved. Strengthen my hands to do the work You set before me, and soften my heart that I may love as You love.

As the desert birds sing their morning song, may my voice rise in praise. As the sun climbs higher, may I reflect Your light. And as the day unfolds, may I bear witness to Your justice and peace.

I place this day in Your hands, Lord, trusting that You uphold me in all things.

Amen.

May this prayer bring you peace and guidance as you start your day.
