Praying the Scriptures
Tuesday Morning Prayer
February 4, 2025
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6)
Heavenly Father,
As the cool desert air greets me this February morning, I stand in awe of Your creation. The sunrise painting the Florida Mountains in hues of gold and crimson reminds me of Your everlasting light that guides my path. I feel the stillness of the desert, and in it, I hear Your voice speaking to my heart.
Lord Jesus, You said, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Today, I step forward with faith, trusting in Your way. Guide me through the wilderness of my uncertainties, for You are the trailblazer of my soul. Teach me to walk in Your truth, to speak with honesty, and to live with love. Let every step I take reflect Your life within me.
Holy Spirit, awaken me to the beauty of this day. Let my prayers rise like the morning sun, illuminating the lives of those I encounter. Help me to see Your truth in the faces of my neighbors and to share Your way with gentleness and kindness.
Lord, as I breathe in this crisp morning air, I am reminded that You are my source of life. May my words, actions, and thoughts bring glory to Your name today and always. Thank You for walking with me through this desert journey, leading me home to the Father.
In the name of Jesus, the way, the truth, and the life, I pray.
Amen.
