Monday Morning Prayer
April 15, 2024

Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Let your good spirit lead me on a level path.
Psalm 31:14–16

Heavenly Father, in the quiet of this morning, I echo the trust of the Psalmist, saying, "You are my God." My times are in Your hands, O Lord. As the sun rises, bringing light to the earth, so does Your love illuminate my life.

Deliver me from the shadows of fear and doubt. Guide me with Your steady hand through the trials of this day. As You led David from despair to hope, lead me from anxiety to peace.

In Your great mercy, rescue me from the snares hidden in my path. Let Your face shine upon me, that I may reflect Your grace and truth to those I meet today.

I entrust this day to You, confident in Your unfailing love and faithfulness. May my words and actions honor You, as I seek to walk in Your ways.

In the name of Jesus Christ, my Savior, I pray, Amen.
